The Pinawa Sailing Club is a welcoming community of sailors who believe that sailing should be fun, inclusive, and accessible for everyone. Whether you’re an experienced sailor or setting foot in a boat for the first time, you’ll find a place here.
Our mission is simple: to create opportunities for people of all ages to discover the joy of sailing while fostering respect for our natural environment and building lasting community connections. We’re committed to teaching skills, sharing knowledge, and making sailing in Pinawa a modern, vibrant, and attractive part of life on the Winnipeg River.
Our home base includes a boathouse, clubhouse, docks, and a beautiful beach area. Members enjoy casual club sailing nights and days, as well as fun regattas that bring the community together. Each summer we also partner with Sail Manitoba to host a mobile sailing school, giving kids and adults the chance to learn from skilled coaches in a supportive environment.
